A vast improvement from last year, the food is much better and all the staff were great, keep it up. A great place to arrange a family get together on the all inclusive offer. Only thing wrong was some chairs in dining room and a sofa in lounge need replacing, other than that it was very pleasant and enjoyable. Refurbishment is on the cards which will totally enhance the experience. I am returning next month on another family get together and am really looking forward to it, (this will be my fourth visit within the Lavender Hotel Group) Good value for money, just check the all inclusive offers are still on before arranging anything. Highly recommend all inclusive offers.

Yes as previous posts the rooms are a little dated and could do with a revamp, however they were clean and the sleep quality was great , there is an onsite restaurant which serves great evening meals and breakfast , the foot was great. I also just want to say every member of staff I came across was very professional and friendly and helpful. I will definitely return if I am in the area again

Our stay here was really enjoyable, located in a quiet part of Widnes. The hotel is run by very professional, efficient and polite staff. Really enjoyed the breakfast, food was stocked up regularly and tables cleared and cleaned as soon as guests left their table. The room was adequate for our needs, as well as being clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Thanks for the experience.

Super over night stay,from been greeted by the manageress very warm welcome and very informative, evening meal,and attension to detail and presentation,plentiful,good diverse range,our waiter for the meal was Andy ..whom could have been more friendly and made sure we had everything we needed..retiring to the bar earache..we meet David happy chappy,service with a smile ...all staff smartly dressed with good knowledge of the areas around them, rooms basic but clean and all you could need,tea coffee,iron and board hair dryer,easy to use showers ,nice size bed very quite breakfast full english didnt leave a thing and help your self to teas coffee and fresh juices and cereal ...So big thank you to all the team at the Everglades we will be back ...

What a really nice time we had there, The staff are wonderful really polite and always have time to talk to you, food is amazing has to be tried to be believed ,rooms are nice and big beds are really comfy and the bedding was spotless needs a bit of a revamp but nothing serious, overall a really good hotel will deffo be staying there again
