I woke up having partial hearing loss. I went to the pharmacy and they looked in my ears for £9.99. I was given ear drops for 1 week and then returned for extraction which was £49.00. It was virtually painless and I now have my full hearing back. Many thanks to Rahman who served me.

Been coming to this pharmacy for many years, always nice clean and tidy. Staff are very polite, attentive and knowledgeable on the products sold. An absolute necessity when your not well or under the weather or have children. The long opening hours are a bonus and parking is free on the main road.

Bought some Calpol for our 4 month old baby, the bottle lid was cracked and therefore we were unable to close it properly & couldn’t be 100% sure that this hadn’t been tampered with. My wife took it back and asked for a replacement but they refused- as it had left the shop. A damaged product should be replaced and we could not risk using. We left it there and brought again from the co-op instead. Definitely not up to the GPhC standards expected. Really disappointed.

I burned my arm with oil and called them for advice told them what I am using to get the pain off and got response to not do it and get to the pharmacy they got a lotion for me which will help, but guess what my lotion which was using before calling them do the job and I just wasted money, time and pain with them it's shocking wow 😳
