Absolutely delicious. Set meals are a brilliant idea... an affordable way to try out a variety of dishes without breaking the bank. South Asian restaurants take note. Vegetarian options: First S Asian takeaway I've encountered where I can afford to try out all the veg options

My review is long, long overdue. I’ve lived in the area almost 3 years now and one of the absolute highlights of it, no, of south london, is this place. It’s homely, unique Sri Lankan and South Indian take is sublime and reliable to say the least. Locals and those going well out their way to get here have loved and cherished this place for over 20 years. It’s an institution. Extremely affordable considering the quality and portion sizes. But my recommendation? Get a veggie box meal and have the essential paneer and aubergine curries (both the popular choice and house choice) and accompany it with grated coconut red and green sambals (you have to ask for it behind the counter) and the fish and boiled egg samosa. It’ll only be around £12 and yet you’ll have enough for 2 meals.
