1. Isaac is incapable of doing his job. pays contractors who have not completed there job 3. Does not check work or call you to let you know when contractors are coming 2. Does not answer the office phone which is on diversion to his mobile phone so you think he is in the office hence why he never never answers when you ring. Someone needs to look into the above . 3. My bedroom is flooded and know one has come to finish job or communicated with us about what is happening next ,so I have know bedroom for 6 days at present and it smells . Great housing association lol. They came to do my damp last year August and have made it worse and still Have not returned to rectify the problem. Then Isaacs can around my home and did not discuss any off my issues but moaned about more pay from the Co op, charming. We have only had the damp for 10 years but we are wrong to complain lol.
