Left probably 1000+ people waiting in rain 2+ hours at White Hart Lane bag drop on Park Lane. No fun leaving the stadium at midnight. Hopefully clubs will not allow incompetent companies like this to manage bag drops at events. No good having state of the art stadiums like WHL when you partner with ‘let down’ services like EP Group.

Bumped into a staff member from what I think was this company I think his name was christian on our way back from seeing Liam Gallagher at knebworth. He went above and beyond and helped walk me and my family (including a disabled child) to somewhere to get a taxi after being sent in every direction in the early hours of the morning.
