Refused to provide cover for a wedding despite us not requiring cancellation cover, illness cover, or in fact anything that could remotely be affected by COVID. All we needed was Public Liability Cover, but they wouldn’t even provide that. Took our business elsewhere to a business that was happy to provide cover, and then some. Turned down easy business, what a pity!

Brought a wedding policy that covered cancellation although they now refuse to pay out as they realise coronavirus is giving rise to claims. They rely on a very loose ans questionable exclusion in their terms to mitigate their liability.
