Evelyn partners have stolen money from the Park First investors fund. As at 3rd Jan 2023 Evelyn partners had syphoned off £35.27M from a final estimated sum of £57.73M, in fees and expenses from the Creditors Account. According to the CVA 2021 Evelyn partners are obliged to pay bay back investors & lifetime investors, but this has not happened. All requests have been ignored for 14 months. The thieves and crooks at EP have stolen millions of pounds , whats left of the thief Tobby Whittaker.

Evelyn Partners has been managing Park First Administration in the least transparent way. There's a portal where login never works. We never get contact with them. When they reply there's no solution to access the portal. It's not about a personal case being disclosed. It's the way they manage the business. They're not working to support investors. They are working to get the money themselves. We all know the answer below is just blah. Still no access to the portal, very unclear communication and no solution in the best interest of investors, we all know this.

Park First overseas investors were advised on Jan 19 about the need to register overseas entities while this is known since Aug 1st 2022 and the deadline is Jan 31st. The portal is still not working. All is done for investors to lose their money or claims to have their money back
