First class service and help from head office. It also seems to be somewhere where you would really quite like to work as they all seem to work as part of a team. The products that they manufacture are first class. The organic aromatherapy blends and almost all products are vegan, not only makes you feel uplifted when using them but they deliver fantastic good solid results. The range of products available is fantastic, covering all skin types and concerns. Eve Taylor is also constantly developing new products that they deliver with the same marvellous results.

I write this review with SUCH a heavy heart after my PA has just received a phone call from Eve Taylor herself. My PA was left visibly shaken by this quite frankly rude and aggressive lady. After being a long term admirer of the brand, I ordered products around 2.5 weeks ago. I did countless amount of research via the internet and the Eve Taylor website. Choosing the purifying range for my skin type. Sadly after use of around 7 days, my skin began to breakout very badly and I could see that the product was not suitable for my skin. I contacted the Eve Taylor website and was responded to by 'Matt Taylor' , Matt was helpful and gave me an apology and offered some advice. He advised that I could either return the products and receive alternative products or return and receive a refund. I decided to return the products and receive a refund, this was agreed with Matt via email. The products were placed in a postage bag and sent back along with a short covering letter which Matt had advised to include. This was done by my PA on May 30th 2018 (yesterday) Matt mentioned in his email to include a contact number so that they could call and refund back to my card as they don't hold card details, all fine so far... At 12.30pm today, My PA , received a frantic call from a lady who was extremely rude, she introduced herself as 'Eve Taylor' the owner of the brand. She began to get very aggressive , saying 'I don't know why these products have been returned, why have you done this ?' my PA let her rattle on and then interjected and told her that he had been dealing with Matt and that Matt had agreed to refund if the products were sent back. Eve then proceeded to blame us for the problem saying that why hadn't we told HER about this, My PA said that we got in touch with the general email address and that it was not our problem that Matt had not told her. She was extremely frantic and told us that she currently has two staff off sick and that Matt is on holiday for 10 days, I'm sorry but I run a business and I would NEVER speak to anyone like the way she spoke to my PA. If your staff are off sick get cover, and it's not MY problem that Matt hasn't left notes confirming everything I have said. She then proceeded to shout at my PA and stated 'I'M 86 YEARS OLD!'. I'm sorry but I do not care, WHAT age someone is. That's not my problem. If you can't or don't want the stresses of running a business then get out. She ended the call by shouting and saying petulantly. JUST GIVE ME THE CARD DETAILS and I will have my accountants sort this out. She then said to my PA 'Hurry up, I have other calls to take and staff are on lunch, the phone is ringing' This business seems terribly disorganised and I am frankly shocked and appalled that the owner and BRAND of the business spoke to my PA in such a disgusting way. Eve, I suggest you get a grasp on your staff, your business and a grasp on reality of how to speak to people. Seems like you need some customer service training ? Maybe stick to being the brand , rather than calling customers to arrange refunds when you clearly don't have a clue. I suggest that if the calls are recorded, that you listen to the call back and have your staff listen to it back to see how NOT to deal with a client.
