    10 out of 10 The most comfortable hair salon I have ever been to, felt relaxed and welcome the minute I walked through the door. Left the salon feeling my best self, I will definitely be back in 2 weeks for another fresh cut. Not 1 minute of awkwardness,, conversion flowed effortlessly even had a beer !     I contacted Eve to get a standard wash, cut and blow dry. After a year or growing my hair, it was in dyer need of a bit of TLC! This was my first time visiting the salon, and Eve was so lovely. She made me feel incredibly comfortable on arrival, as she noticed I was wearing a face mask (this was because I had a cold and didn't want to spread it), she offered to put one on for my comfort. She was so friendly which really put me at ease and put my trust in her for a haircut. Eve did a wonderful job with the haircut its self, she made my split-end ridden mop on the top of my head, look bouncy and healthy again, and I am so happy with how it turned out. She also gave some really good advice on what she thought would suit me. I will definitely be visiting Eve again, hopefully soon when it decide to get some highlights put in! Just as a little side note, she is incredible dog friendly, and has some wonderful 4 legged friends to keep you company when you visit! Her whole attitude and talent has really put my trust in her, very Autism friendly! Service: Scissor cut

    I was very much looking forward to treating myself for a well needed haircut yesterday. Unfortunately, the day was ruined slightly as the booking was cancelled by Eve 20 mins before. By this time, I had travelled to the apt and paid for parking and hadn't received the email till later that day to say it had been moved to a day that i couldn't actually do. A call would have been great to explain what had happened. But 24 hours later, still no contact! It's very frustrating!! Such a shame!

    I booked an appointment on Xmas Eve with Eve which was cancelled at short notice. This was rescheduled by Eve but then cancelled again only an hour before the appointment. I was rebooked again for the following week and while I was on my way to Alton, Eve changed the appointment to the afternoon. I rearranged childcare in order to make it for one last attempt. When I arrived the salon was closed. I checked back 30 mins latter and it was still closed. Extremely poor and unreliable service. Won't be returning.
