I was served by a short blonde haired lady, whose name I unfortunately did not get. I would like to say what an absolutely lovely experience I had in your store with this lady, she was very knowledgeable and patient with me, her customer service was amazing. I will certainly be back as the personal touches this lady delivered seem to be somewhat lacking in retail everywhere at the moment, she has made an evapo customer out of me for sure.

My partner purchased 3 bottles of vape juice for me for Christmas. I opened one bottle but unfortunately didn’t like the taste. I thought it wouldn’t be a problem exchanging the unopened bottles as I had receipts and was in a good time frame of about a week. They refused to exchange them so now I’m vaping juice I don’t like. I thought this was really bad customer experience.
