Starting with my telephone conversation with their staff in their office Taylors were professional polite and informative. Their surveyor, a guy called Matt was just the same, you just knew you were dealing with a decent company, any questions we asked, Matt had the answer. The same can be said for the three roofers that carried out the work, fitting a complete new roof. Explaining things , showing me what they were doing and why, often going above and beyond what they were there to do. Top mark's to these guys, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Taylor roofing.

Taylor roofing recently undertook a survey on my house for a buyer on behalf of a lender. To quote the actual surveyor that came to the property: “the original roof is in good condition considering the age of the property (1937) and ‘to be honest’ all it needs is a days work to sort a few jobs, the ridge tiles need rebedding, some lead flashing has come away from the rear chimney breast and a bit of moss in the guttering……queue the actual report “the roof is in very poor condition option 1: address various refurb jobs as stated above £10,000 (bear in mind house on next street had a complete new roof fitted for £8,000). Option 2 complete new roof at a cost of £18,000. On a semi.detached house. Absolute joke. Pinching money.
