Thought the price was too good to be true. MOT and major service carried out. Brake fluid and coolant replacement/top up wasn't included. I've never experienced this with a garage before, it has always been included with the service. No way of checking what is included in their major service when booking either. Unlike Halfords, who clearly display what is included in theirs on their website. I deeply regret not booking my major service with Halfords. I also seem to have aquired a bolt in my tyre, which wasn't present when I took my car into the garage. So I've now the cost of a tyre repair to pay for, at another garage, because Evan Halshaw are unable to fit me in until the 12th June. I also received important advisories with the warning that they were borderline unsafe. Took countless attempts to get through to the service desk line. When I finally did get though, I was promised someone would get back in touch with me. Eventually phoned me back several days later, but I was driving and the line was bad. Arranged for call back next morning, didn't receive call back. Worst experience I've had with a garage. I'm going to have to look elsewhere for the additional work carrying out. After moving house last year, I wanted to find a garage I could trust as much as my previous. Unfortunately, this won't be the one.

They were very helpful and courteous when I went to sell my dads car after he gave up driving. Having had a bad experience with car wow I decided to try Evans Halshaw and not only did they not try to say there were faults with the car (there wasn’t but the other dealer tried to rip me off) and said there was) they also give me a better price and the money was in the bank the same day.
