Terrible experience, enquired about a car they had for sale provided me all the details I required, mainly done by a young apprentice learning which I was very appreciative of hence the one star. Next I travelled up to view the car provided Mark Fiddament with all the details of my part exchange. He promised to follow up that day or the following day the Saturday. But he never did, I called them on the Saturday to chase the valuation I got the young apprentice again, Who to be fair, really tried by calling Mark the manager that wasn’t even in on the Saturday, (so not sure why he promised to follow up on the Friday or the Saturday) the young apprentice said Mark was only able to get two quotations so far but he is optimistic he will get another two and follow up with you on Monday. He never followed up or called me back Monday or any other day after Monday! Really disappointing!

Well ,To be honest am surprised that even with the current situation,inflation and other factors you simply can't beat them on the care they provided for my last visit (My first visit).I have never received such meticulous and sophisticated service recall for my vehicle,which I had not bought from them and everything was so perfect. I don't remember in my 35 years of driving and servicing my vehicles worldwide that anyone has cleaned the inside of my car as a courtesy. My software update was as a part of company safety recall,and they added free health check of the car which was handed over in printed version and then send over a link including more details and a video from the engineer inspecting.This was all genuine without any hidden areas or issues. I was offered a courtesy car which i declined when booking was done for my visit and as a matter of fact knowing that I need the car sooner than later ,the advisor prioritised it ASAP and it was ready after three hours. Communication has been brilliant including reminder call and courtesy call to collect the vehicle. I would love to see them again should I need anything further as am sure this is the way we feel cared and looked after in real terms..Great team and great service provider

Interim service, absolutely 110% customer service from start to finish. I was dealt with by the lovely Wendy, who arranged a courtesy car while mine was in service. For peace of mind I love the fact they sent me a real time video of my vehicle while doing checks with commentary. I would highly recommend coming here for high quality, excellent customer service and honest genuine staff that value their high standard reputation.
