    Great Service from the Sales Manager and Service Manager. Very efficient and helpful. The dealership does seem very under staffed and manned by a few very experienced but naturally quite busy staff. Irrespective I got the deal I was looking for on a lovely looking new Peugeot. Sadly however the car is faulty already having owned it less than a week. The car wasn’t checked sufficiently before it left the dealership and there was a central locking fault which I had to take it back for as key wouldn’t unlock the rear, passenger and boot doors. Also hadn’t had latest updates to software applied, which the car instructed me to perform urgently. When I performed these at home caused havoc with the I cockpit with green blobs appearing all over the screen, the infotainment system locked and I now have a fault with the alarm sounding! Had the RAC out to it already. Im hoping this is teething and the car can be permanently fixed (pending at time of writing) Real shame as otherwise the service has been very good just shame about the Car!

    Phoned on two separate occasions and about an hour apart to get a quote for a full service for my van. Ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring for three mins each time and no answer. No option given to leave a message or organise a callback. Rubbish.

    Tried to book my car into the service department following a recall notice from Peugeot head office. Rang twice but my call was not picked up so decided to use their contact form online. Absolutely no response. They don’t deserve a star rating. Appalling customer service unlike Peter Ambrose dealership in Castleford who answered phone promptly and were very helpful.
