Went to view and test drive a Mini that they had here and dealt with Aki. The car was very poorly presented with a dirty interior, and the engine bay was filthy - when I asked, apparently they don't get cleaned for health and safety reasons. Test drive went well (other than the car having hardly any fuel in despite calling before the test drive). When it came to financing, they were very pushy with a lot of the added extras, which added £4k to the price of the car, and they didn't give me a quote without the extras. I got called today by Aki as a follow up, but when I explained that I wasn't interested in this particular car any more, I got the phone put down on me - very unprofessional, and means I don't want to deal with this dealership again.

Excellent service from Elton Read. He spotted an error on my invoice, saving me £300 (yes, really!) without my having to demand it or anything. Integrity and honest are important in any business, and Elton from Hyundai Leeds demonstrated it thoroughly. The car service was quick and efficient, and they left the car very clean inside and out. Very highly recommended!

Andy Porter and Jordan Towers solved my problem with such understanding and patience. I now have a car I LOVE and its all thanks to them. 😍😍 Would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone.
