I Found a used Ford that I wanted at this location. I Had the cash to buy it, went to the showroom to ask for a quick look at the car before buying. Salesman looked up at me (made eye contact) and then down obviously ignoring me. Spoke to him to ask to see car, told no one was available and then ignored again. Asked when someone would be available, could I wait. Told. No One would be available for at least four hours and he was too busy (he was sitting looking out the window) Asked if I could book a time if we came back, replied no, eyes down ignored again, very rude. There were four sales people in the office, I was the only customer stood there, no one wanted to serve me or even politely decline me. I have bought four cars from here before, the lack of service this time was absolutely shocking. I left and went to an alternative dealer and bought a car. Will never return here again.
