Very small and cramped gym the size of a living room ( about 15 feet by 15 feet ). Needs to relocate to somewhere with more floor space! Having said that, it does have the basics- dumbells up to 40kg, kettlebells, a power cage, 3 weight benches, all adjustable for incline, shoulder press etc. a few machines as well for shoulders, chest, lat pulldown and a cable machine for a variety of movements. It also has the cardio machines too. If you're into serious bodybuilding/powerlifting then I would go elswehere, but for the average person who wants to lift a bit and get a bit of cardio in, this place is fine and for 24 pounds a month, it's decent value ( If you can handle the limited space and limited amount of machines and benches ) .
