Headbanging response when calling "Reservations" at Eva Air Head Office. Unhelpful staff member advised "We do not take reservations, only for Special Meals or other needs. Go to our website". I replied I wanted to book return flights UK to Taiwan (with additional legs to S Korea and Japan). Same blunt response "Go to the website". Must have been "Lost in Translation" Hey Ho.......
