    Comfortable flight even in Economy, the food was rubbish as is the case for most airlines at this level and it really annoys me that you have to keep asking for drinks and then they fill half a plastic cup from a can, given flight costs just give me the whole can at least! Movies were the same in Nov and Dec which was disappointing given the 13 hour flight time.

    My treatment from Eva check in staff at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok was nothing short of sensational! With 30 minutes left before my flight departure, thanks to various issues, I had just arrived at the nearly deserted check in desk. Luckily for me the most caring and efficient check in person in the world was still at the Eva desk and she worked some absolute magic to get me from check in desk to airplane in less than 20 minutes! I unfortunately was too flustered/amazed to catch her name but when I return it will be with chocolates and flowers! I really can't thank her enough. The flights to and from Thailand were excellent too. Bravo Eva Air, Bravo!
