I purchased a treatment with this clinic about 3 weeks ago, and have sent them emails and tried to call several times since then about wanting to book my appointment... they did not get back to my email at all, and every time I have called it rings for a while but always sends me to voicemail due to the "lines being busy" and asking me to leave my details for them to contact me back on. I have left my details and repeatedly asked them to call me back but have still not heard a thing. I am shocked at how badly they will treat paying customers after taking their money and I have had to request a refund third hand... a complete waste of my time and very frustrating so no I would absolutely NOT recommend! Edit: after reading reviews they all seem very positive and I am honestly confused and disappointed they could not offer me this service

I was about to book with this clinic but I changed my mind after reading the reviews. Having a lot 1 star reviews is not a good sign, isnt it? of course you can have a few bad reviews but this much is not normal so I would recommend this clinic to pay more attention to their business and change the way of running it, maybe they too busy and dont care right now but it will effect them in long term.

Me and my Husband visited the clinic and could not be more impressed with how we were dealt with by the team at Eutony Clinic. We were made to feel so welcome and given the 'VIP treatment'. Unlike in other clinics I have been where it feels like the Dr can't get rid of you quick enough, Dr. Sohail made us feel like he had all the time in the world to allay any fears or reservations we may have had as a result of previous bad experiences with other Doctors and clinics. Most importantly of all, I am over the moon with the overall results; I had Lip Filler and Botox for some stubborn lines in my forehead (these have now disappeared!!!). I will definitely be returning for top ups when needed! A+ Clinic and Doctor! Thank you.

What can I say - Absolutely fantastic! Dr. Sohail was extremely professional and not like the usual charlatans that are awash within this industry. I was made to feel very comfortable and all of my questions were answered with consideration for what I was expecting from my treatment. I cannot recommend Eutony Clinic and Dr. Sohail any more. The biggest compliment I can pay is that I will definitely be visiting again for further treatment and will recommend to family and friends.
