We had a serious issue with a ticket supplied by Trainline and would have been stuck in London Euston with no valid ticket and a bill for £130 for a new one! However, Sandra on the ticket booths was an absolute gem and went out of her way to help us. After a bit of help from her colleagues (namely one named Mark AKA Alexa), we were given new tickets and sent on our way! The station is clean, easy to navigate and I have no issues to report.

Very confusing display. Arival & departure on same place new people can easily confuse. Staff not helpful. Even when I was asking about station , staff man was shouting. It was Avanti west staff. I had lovely time in London but Avanti west staff ruined my all joy.

We go here via London Underground, interchanging for the Overground... We didn't stay for long but did manage to get some food and check out the area for a little before boarding our next train, the place was nice, a little busy but there were plenty of seating, shops and services within. Wasn't that bad.
