Business trip, the rooms we had were not super spacious, but very comfortable with all the things you need. It was cozy and I liked the tablet replacement for the television! AC Worked great and the blinds kept most of the light out. Food & drinks: Breakfast to order was a first for me, but it was great! The only thing I disliked was the large batch coffee that you could pour from a can. I prefer a fresh cup in the morning with a nice crema.

Noisy. Paper thin walls, floors, ceilings and windows. Can hear all your neighbours watching videos/listening to music/stomping around all night long. As well as the ludicrously busy street outside. AC units make noise all night long. Rooms are exceptionally small considering the price you're paying. Don't recommend even vaguely.

I would love to give a higher score because of the staff at the front desk. They are an absolute delight. However, a hotel room where you get woken up multiple times, kinda beats the purpose of a hotel room. The room I was in, was small but functional. It was maintained and cleaned very well. The toilet however was so close to the shower I couldn't fit my legs in and had to sit sideways. The room has double windows which you can open to let in fresh air. And boy, do you need those windows to open. Because if you don't, chances are you're going to get woken up by something that sounds like a fire alarm. In the middle of the night, I went to the front desk to report it and was told this is an oxygen alarm that does that sometimes. The solution? Open the window for 3 minutes and it should be OK. A few hours later same thing happened. So I kept the windows open, the heating blasting 25 degrees my way as it was nearly freezing outside. Not to mention the sound coming from one of London's busiest roads when you sleep with the windows open. The night shift at the front desk did add a complimentary breakfast, which I appreciated. In the wee hours of the morning, a parade of slamming doors begin as housekeeping makes its way through the corridors. Those fire doors are slammed at least 100 times in 1 morning. I'm not a light sleeper by any means, I will sleep through nearly everything. Not a great way to start your day in the wonderful London. When I checked out I told the alarm situation and was told "yeah, we're having some problems with that". Well, I suggest you fix it.
