Negligent and dishonest. They produced two large windows to exchange their flawed original one. Well, both the replacements were stained and contaminated inside. Still they mounted one of them. They denied the evidence, laughing in my face while assessing the new flawed glass, instead of apologising and substituting it. I will have to waste my free time, bringing them to Court. Awful people, lowest quality company.

The most incompetent company in every aspect I have ever used. The shop floor manager/Forman would benefit from going on a course on how to speak to customers,(aggression is unnecessary) Would not be surprised if this company changed its name soon. And they have................
