Great way to travel, went from London to Brussels, no problems. And back again (tip of the hat, JRRT. Can reach St. Pancreas station directly from Heathrow on piccadilly tube line. Dont get taken for more than tube fare!

ASSUME NO WIFI, download stuff beforehand, wifi barely works. Aside from that everything else about the train is good, just sucks having nothing to watch for 5 hours

Quick, easy and efficient. Easy to get through security took about 5 minutes in total.

So much better than flying!!! However, I'm not sure the Business Premium is necessarily worth it. Next time I would probably try Standard Premiere. The coolest thing is that when you arrive in Paris, you get out of the train, and you can be in a taxi and at your hotel within 30 mins.

Borderline scammers. I split my booking and wasn't informed that by doing this I can no longer manage my booking online. So I have to write a contact us form to get a phone call in order to change my booking. They take weeks to reply and by that time the prices have doubled. Just take a plane with Ryan Air its half the price and they don't scam you. AVOID THE EUROSTAR

40 min queue to go through security and passport controls. Packed lounges if several trains are departing at the same time. The train itself is comfortable, but the wifi doesn’t work, or only minimally.

My faith in humanity has never been stronger, thanks to Eurostar. I had just taken my seat on the train after an hour's wait in the departure hall when a tall, well-spoken Eurostar official approached me. He asked my name, my destination, and whether I was travelling alone. On getting a satisfactory response, he gave me my passport! I hadn't realised it had dropped out of my pocket! He must have checked the passenger list to find my carriage and seat number. I wish I had noted his name. So thank you! Merci!

Avoid!!! I've travelled twice with them and both times they've had delays owing to "technical problem". The latter of the travel was by far the worst as the train quite blatantly arrived 60-minutes late and therefore, a delay repay was meant to be offered. Instead, they didn't allow it to qualify for the travel that I had done. I contacted Eurostar as to why, their response was that the train had arrive 59-minutes later, I disagreed as I kept a watch on the time, and the train came to a halt exactly at 12.13 instead of 11.13 which makes it 60-minutes. So to avoid being called late by a matter of a few seconds, they argued that it was 59-minutes. So anyway, they refused to open the delay repay. Nevertheless, I'm no longer going to travel with them as, a 25% refund would have costed them less than losing a customer, and I was a Standard Premier customer so I'm sure their decision to lose my business was a good one. Also, don't go by the myth of airline travel is too time consuming, it really isn't. The security clearance time in both Eurostart and aiport is no different. Plus, if you have cabin luggage but no "hold", you can check-in online 24 hours before departure time with most airliners. Lastly, most airliners open their boarding gate 20-minutes prior to departure and you should allow 40-minutes for security clearance on top of that, so that brings the security to departure time to an hour. Eurostar closes their gates 30-minutes before boarding, so you should allow 30-minutes extra for security clearance which too brings the total time to an hour. But, there is no guarantee as to whether you'll be boarding the train after the 30-minutes closure time or, whether your boarding will be delayed a further 30-minutes, which has happened to me in both occasions The only reason why I have given Eurostar 3* is because, I like rail travel, and also, the experiences from security to boarding the train and the on-board staff where worthy of some stars. But the logistical and after care experiences are poor, it's small wonder why there are various reports of them sending out trains with almost empty carriages.

A very big and busy train station but it provides a fast and cheaper mode of transportation to get from London to Paris. The queues are long and the waiting area is full. The staff do a good job handling the crowd. Free bottled water, tidbits and chocolates for checked-in passengers in the boarding area. The train is fast and comfortable. Book tickets in advance to get a better deal.
