Because of the covid, our 2020 tickets could never be refunded and constantly delayed, we had to change tickets several times, pay several supplements to adapt to changing situations, wait several hours physically on site or on the phone. Finally, at the end of 2022, we managed to travel to visit London, but again... Eurostar canceled our trains to change the departure time and scattered all my family in several different cars without the possibility of changing places and still managed to be late for more than half an hour despite all the changes and inconvenience encountered. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, MUCH EASIER TO TAKE A BUS OR PLANE. (Original) C'est sans aucun doute ma pire expérience avec une compagnie ferroviaire. A cause du covid, nos billets de 2020 n'ont jamais pu être remboursé et constamment décalé, nous avons dû changer plusieurs fois de billets, payer plusieurs supplément pour s'adapter aux situations changeantes, attendre plusieurs heures physiquement sur place ou au téléphone. Finalement nous avons en fin 2022 réussi à voyager pour visiter Londres, mais de nouveau... Eurostar annule nos trains pour changer l'heure de départ et éparpiller toute ma famille dans plusieurs voitures différentes sans possibilité de changer de place et réussi quand même à avoir du retard de plus d'une demi heure malgré tous les changements et les désagréments rencontrés. JE NE VOUS RECOMMANDE ABSOLUMENT PAS CETTE COMPAGNIE, BEAUCOUP PLUS SIMPLE DE PRENDRE UN BUS OU L'AVION.
