AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Bought a Connect It Carbon outdoor heater 14 months ago from Robert Dyas, has rarely been used and now not working properly. Spoke to staff from the supplier, Eurosonic, who were totally uncooperative, inflexible and discourteous.

I have asked him for information three times now by email and each email is ignored. Never buy products from Aldi that are from them because if they break now, you have no come back especially if you live in Ireland.
