I wish I could give 0 stars. This company is disgraceful, avoid like the plague!! I was charged £360 for an energy survey by their salesman Mike I never received the survey. And when you try to deal with the idiots in the office you get nothing but run around. After months of being bluffed or told that I had had the survey done (no paperwork was ever provided) I gave up which I actually regret.
