We rented a beautiful apartment in Paris in August 2019.....unfortunately there were serious electrical problems......No hot water for showers, no lights at night, no clothes or dishwasher (as advertised). These problems were never fixed, despite an electrician coming 3 times. Furthermore, I left my family to come to meet the electrician in person (who was late 45mins).....and he confirmed my suspicion that a larger electrical service needed into the apartment (ie that this was NOT an easily fixable problem). Two days from the end of our stay, we were offered 2 other places to move to (my family did not want to waste 1 of remaining 2 days in Paris moving apartments, and decided to stay in the place with the electrical problems.....when giving the contact at Europe Holidays Rentals this decision, I did request that the rates we paid be adjusted accordingly due to the problems we had) I am a reasonable person, and I understand that problems can happen; however, the way in which one deals with these problems defines the level of service a company offers. This is very very disappointing to me that I have been ignored by this company, and not partially refunded as requested. Holidays Europe Rentals has definitely not been a good experiencing for me.
