On Saturday evening, we received guests, at around 21:00 PM the guest opened the cake himself and it spilled all over, which is terrible in that sense. Ok, let's discuss, we went to return it on Sunday, I'm really not angry, it's orderly, but the woman's behavior was already shocking. He always spoke with a disgruntled face, slurred, didn't let us say a word, explained that we had to bring it the same day, where it was bought in the evening before closing, then it was only opened the next day in the evening when the store was already closed and it was delivered on Sunday morning! With all the other people, she didn't get upset and didn't see the Sarmatian in that, she kept quiet about us, where you wouldn't say a word anyway, the only thing she said, politely, was "it's not our fault and not yours, this time I'll change it". Tikrai neturiu nieko prieš Rusija, neprisigalvokit. Aišku vienas, dalykas - kalba, Lietuvių parduotuvėje tik Rusiškai , angliškai pora žodžių , Lietuvių išvis nekalba, tai jau keista. Gerai einam prie esmės . Penktadienio vakarą atvykom apsiprekinti , dirbo kita šauni pardavėja, pirkom nemažai tam tarpe buvo ir pyragas , be pelėsių . Šeštadienį vakare sulaukėm svečių, apie 21h PM tik atidarė pats svečias pyragą ir jis visas supelyjas nu baisiai ta prasme . Ok , aptarem, isvykom sekmadienį grąžinti , tikrai nepiktuoju, tvarkingai , na bet jau moters elgesys šokiravo . Visada kalbejo nepatenkintu veidu, prareke, neleido mums nei žodžio pasakyti , aiškino ,kad mes turėjome tą pačią dieną atnešti , kur pirktas vakare prieš uždarymą,tada atidarytas tik kitą dieną vakare kur jau parduotuvė uždaryta ir sekmadienį rytą atvežta ! Prie visų kitų žmonių nesigedijo ir sarmatos nematė tame, vis tilde mus, kur ir taip žodžio nepasakysi , vienintelis ką ji pasakė ,dar mandagiai , "čia ne mūsų kaltė ir ne Jūsų , ši kartą pakeisiu " . Ir tada vėl tapati , " bet kitam kartui žinokit"ir tt , rašykit I Google ir komentuokit apie pyragą, jei nedirbama , ieškokit numerio savininkų ir tt, bet iškart tapačia dieną , nu rimtai ?! parduotuvė nedirbo jau, ką mes jei ir bandėme paaiškinti ! Suprantama ir taip ,kad tiekėjų problema čia , niekas jos nekaltino , ar negalima buvo tiesiog atsiprašyti kaip priklauso Customer service ir pakeitus gražiai išsiskirstyti , o dabar tai dienai ištampė nervus. Žinoma pakeitė, bet net ir kitos mūsų prekės I maisiuka su garsu buvo dedamos .Na nežinau ši moteris manau nelabai tinka tokiam darbui Lietuvių parduotuvėje. Ne mums darbinti , bet mūsų nuomone .
