Went to collect a car via motorbility. The person I spoke to seriously needs some interpersonal skills. I was taken to Europe car by a very helpful lady at auto fix She was blank faced and seemed to be puzzled that I was to collect the a car@ She said she had phoned to say no cars available.. They had not! She told the lady from fix it they might of called a few days earlier anyway I had to phone fix it to say I couldn't leave thecar fir repair and no Europe car available. The whole forecourt was was full of cars!!! I was returned to fix it by an fix it emcee called Andrea.. who was so helpful, and had also spoken to tge receptionist at Europe car.. .who was also advised that the vehicles filling the whole forecourt were all In need if repair... We did not believe this! I have rearrange d now for the vehi le to go I to to be repaired at fix auto for 7th Jun. I am going to ask mototbility to use another vehicle hire company, as your receptionist told the fixing empyrean that there wS a 60% change of this happen Again.! I would also like to say I am a 70 year old disabled lady who walks with a stick@ Awful service for such a large company.!

WARNING ❗️ DO NOT USE! Wouldn’t even give a star if an option. Ordered a hire car and phoned the day of collection to say they have no available cars. Tried again the next day - order went through but due to previous issues I tried to contact local branch via the main number to be told the system shows cars available but they were unable to contact the branch directly and apparently had no management to speak to. The caller had an attitude that he couldn’t care less and that they obviously get multiple calls like this daily. I cancelled my reservation as I have zero confidence in them. They should not be allowed to trade. They just book reservations without any knowledge of whether a car will be available. Yes they were the cheapest but it’s just not worth the incompetence to deal with this company. Please look elsewhere, particularly if it would cause disruption if no car would be available. I’ve never dealt with such an incompetent company.
