    Booked a car via Ryanair with coverage on 15th May 2023. Arrived on 18th May 2023 at the Europcar Stansted Airport late in the night, exhausted and tired due to the travel with a small kid. The customer service executive checked everything and said "everything looks in place including the damage coverage. You should be on your way to pick the car in few minutes" . I signed the contract and picked the car in no time. Here is the surprise in the final invoice : £ 100 as premium protection charges on top of the coverage bought from Ryanair. Nor was told or explained anything about it. Never europcar and Ryanair car hire again. Am I suppose to read through each and every terms & conditions again after booking it online with verified terms and condition again?

    It was kind of bad because they are trying to charge you extra for insurance, and accualy made 380£ of me because the upgrade ans the insurance was without notice. And there is still no connact and they are saying that i agreed to it but i did not.
