Our cruise got cancelled in Southampton two hours before boarding time, leaving us in a real mess and needing to get back up to Manchester. If it wasn’t for the efficiency of Lynn at West Quays Europcar things could’ve been so much worse.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Was supposed to receive a small car/SUV instead received a 9 seater minibus, that hadn't even been topped up with Ad-Blue and developed a fault because of it. Made several calls to their central office, whom emailed the Southampton Office asking them to contact me.... which never ever happened.
