Poor service, vehicle was booked for 10am, turned up at 11:30am. Couldn't get through to the Purfleet office - spent 15 minutes waiting on phone, then gave up. The main reception said I would be called prior to delivery with an ETA. This didn't happen. Vehicle paperwork specified no damage. Clearly there was plenty...

Have had to take multiple vans into repair here and months later will say the vans have been ready and waiting for collection for weeks, just for non of the repairs or services to be done. Do not hire fleet vehicles from here.

The worst company you can use. Don't ever pick up the phone, don't ever call you back, try & charge you for damages you didn't do, I'm disabled & been waiting 5 days for a courtesy car & I'm still waiting. Seriously according to Remi that I spoke to yesterday, for such a large company they only have 10 drivers & no one to man the phones. Told him it's not my problem if they need more staff get them. The only good thing is that after I had a rant, he promised me a car for Monday but I'm not holding my breath. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST
