Absolutely shockingm incompetent and unreliable. The primary function of this company is to rent cars and they are unable to fulfull that function. A car was booked with plenty of notice (nearly two weeks) while my car was in the garage. They left it to the wire and couldnt provide a car. The staff i spoke to, one in particular was rude and one shouted at me. Telling me i dont know what its like and i know nothing as i dont work in the rental industry. Neither of the staff sounded like they wanted to be there. My advice is to go elsewhere as this branch is clearly incompetent and there are no business continuity planning in place or customer service training.

Rented from this location a number of times as we frequently travel back and forth from abroad. Never had any issues - cars are always spot on, service is good and never been left waiting. Steve who is usually the one who is on the front desk is a credit to Europcar and very helpful - he is genuinely one of the main reasons we have come back to rent from Europcar so many times because of the level of service and efficiency in his work.

Always had good service with this branch, uses them 3 times in space of a year because of my unreliable Merc, they've always gave me decent cars, full tank of fuel and always on time, as well as let me drop the car off at the mercedes dealership instead of there branch, thanks guys 🙂
