First of all you have to put competent people. For us everything was perfect apart from the final part when they sent us the final invoice. The Park royal operator asked us to bring the car the day after respect the day set by us on the website, because it was bank holiday and they were closed and assuring us that we would not pay more. This did not happen, they made us pay for the extra day for a late check out when the operator asked us to bring the car the day after with no extra charge and in addition they added VAT when it is written included on the booking and on the contract signed at the pick up. what I recommend is not to be smart with people who are smarter than you or maybe make fun of customers who ask for a genuine service and who pay for it. Fortunately I have everything written and I’ll dispute every single £.

A terrible experience - customer service is actually 0 stars. A rude and passive aggressive manager with little care for solutions. Insistent on literally doing nothing to ensure we got the service we had paid for. I will be going back to green motions, Europcar aren't worth the money or time if you don't get what you pay for. Disappointing all round for such a big company, reputation now ruined.
