We had a car booked through insurance. It was booked in for delivery at 12 and got delivered at 4:30!! I had wasted my day calling and not speaking to one person. When the guy dropped it off it was the wrong car and the car was filthy, stank and was full of mud. I asked him why he was so late and he said he worked for someone else not Europcar. Worst service ever, go to Enterprise if you can, who actually answer the phones.

Dodgy. These idiots closed early on us at 1pm - without warning and refused to honour prepaid booking . Confirmation was 1pm to 2pm pick up. I've been a regular customer of europcar but never again.
