My company booked me an open ended hire and the car that turned up had a lot of scratches and is tiny (which would’ve been fine if the lowest grade had been booked but it hadn’t.) Phoned numerous times to try and swap and now been trying for over 2 weeks. Each time I get a man who tells me how busy he is and that he’ll call back but he never does. Spoke to Sharon on once occasion who was more empathetic and helpful but sadly it seems she isn’t the one that can assist and I’m stuck in a tiny, scratched hire car which now has squeaky breaks and a tyre pressure warning… exhausting.

Made a booking for a van over the phone no issues at all. Next morning just called me saying they’ve cancelled the booking and need to go to another company…. No other explanation offered…. WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN EVER!

Awful. Be aware of out of hours drop off charges. It was not explained on the Website clearly and then my complaint was just refused by Head Office who then had he temerity to blame the branch. Never again.
