The car got us from A to B. However, The reverse gear was not working properly so I was worried we are going to get stuck somewhere. Also the boot door had leaves and we're dirty from long unuse. The side mirrors also had cobwebs.

People in the store were great however the useless system was down had to wait for an hour with a 1 lively 1 year old to get the car even then I had to come back as still hadn't worked. Then I get an email because I forgot to pay dart charge paid straight away and they want £40 to send 1 email. There minimum wage staff can't be that useless it takes them 4 hours to send one email asking for it to be paid. When I asked also to extend the car for 2 days they wanted £400 there con artists don't use them.
