    Where to start, first time using Europcars for my courtesy vehicle. My reservation was made 2 weeks in advance to ensure I get a vehicle for future date Last Tuesday passed by, no vehicle delivered. I contacted the customer service number and got through to their central reservations who only take new bookings, they couldn’t help or put me through to someone who can, nor can I make a complaint. The branch doesn’t even pick up their phone, the same number which happens to be central line they give to all customers doesn’t get you to someone who deals with existing/ current reservations Such poor service, been without a courtesy car now for 8+ days & counting. They clearly don’t have cars to rent out, don’t take anymore bookings! They don’t even have a decent telephony system for customers to contact the branch for simple updates. The number they give when you click the options & follow it through no-one in the end picks up at the “branch” when selected the correct option. Poorly run business/ organisation That’s not the worst, they take a £1 deposit over the phone for the hired car, and a few days later I had a fraudulent transactions in my bank Acc., what happened was one of their workers has used my card details who took £1 deposit has now also helped themselves to a £15 just eat order and few more food transaction via just eat (my bank is dealing with this) thank God, bloody fraudsters! Don’t even have her name, it was a woman I remember speaking with but won’t be long for the banks to built a case Awful. Awful company! Awful staff Should’ve gone with enterprise, but this was the only car company who supposedly “delivered to the address” according to my insurers. Avoid this company at all costs

    After 15 years of using another vehicle rental company, thought I would try Europcar. Delivery driver was great, but the vehicle Europcar asked him to drop off to me was in filthy state. How can anyone send out a vehicle in that condition? Cost? Just under ÂŁ200 for the day.

    No option to give zero stars, which would be my preferred rating. Hired a van on the delivery and collection service, it arrived late and was collected late and there was no phone call at any point to provide an update. The driver delivering the van parked it in a restricted parking area for which I nearly received a fine and three points on my licence, this was after explaining on the order where the van could be parked legally. The drivers cab hadn’t been cleared in months. I strongly recommend not hiring from this company.

    If i could give zero i would! Absolute disgrace of a company. Never answer the phone and if by mistake they do they will only speak lies! Delivered a car which wasn’t roadworthy. Been on the phone for past 4 hours trying to get through and still not been successful. How can they be given a contract to cover mobility is beyond me!
