(Translated by Google) The teachers are kind and teach with passion. The city and its surroundings are safe, so you can study with peace of mind. Since there are few Japanese people, you can learn English while playing with your friends.

(Translated by Google) A very bad institution that does not provide an alternative for families in case the family is not suitable. They also do not care about the interest of the students in the families, as the family may be a danger to the students. They put a former student in a very bad family, and they put me with a completely unsuitable family. I also know that the institute is cheap, but I pay a little extra difference. Go to an organization that cares more about you, your safety, and your education. They also cancel the lectures for you and you pay money for it. They say that because of the number of students there are only two students and therefore there is no lecture. It's very funny, the truth is I don't support this institute at all and if you want your money back they refuse unless you have a Mediator. A very failed institute and does not provide alternative families in case you do not like the family. Also, they do not care about families. They want you. Any family may be a danger to students. They previously placed a student in a very bad family, and they put me with a very unsuitable family. Also, I know that the institute is cheap, but I pay a small extra difference. And go to an institute that cares more about you for your safety and for a better education. They also cancel lectures for you and you pay the money for it. They say that because of the number of you, there are only two people. It is shameful. The truth is that I do not support this institute at all. (Translated by Google) Unfortunately very bad organization, who can't even do the basics. - MOLD IN THE KITCHEN! That's a no-go, as you can see in the picture, there were coffee cups with mold in the kitchen the whole time, next to the food distribution, sometimes there was also mold in the food 🤮. People made excuses and claimed that it was due to English hygiene and that we shouldn't be like that 😠 - Classrooms that have broken windows and do not provide any work materials - Materials to play with that weren't there or have already decayed - Caregivers who are nice but don't know anything - Animals in the accommodation - Toilets were not cleaned and stink, public toilets are much better!!! - There was a lot of smelly garbage lying around outside - The empty bus was 1.5 hours late, so we missed the ferry. - The other students were very nice, but they ALL had similar impressions. Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN Ruf Reisen or Offaerthe Reisen, it's not worth the money, not even if it were free.

(Translated by Google) Regarding the information that the school must provide about the families, we must be informed in time and this did not happen to us in one case. It was the same family that notified the students that they had to move in the middle of the activity, while we had not received any information on the matter from the school. When discussing this issue with the director, she did not confirm and even informed us that there could be changes in families and moves in the middle of the activity, without any confirmation. Parents of students must know where their children are at all times. Finally, the coordinator confirmed the change of the students 12 hours before going to another house, without giving us information about the new family, nor address, nor contact telephone number. Naturally, we complained about the lack of organization and above all because they refused to change our students even when they were unattended, but they did want to change our students at their convenience. After many complaints on our part, the students were able to stay in the same house. We later learned from the family that they had made space in their own children's personal rooms so that the students would not have to leave. Up to that point came the problem of families. For the buses we were given a voucher that we had contracted and we were told to download an app for school and another for the buses. No one explained to them how they worked, nor that it only served one of the 3 companies that operate in the city. In the previous information that they sent us, the bus and the duration of the journey were specified. However, in some cases, buses with which the school did not really work are indicated, so the bus information was incorrect. When the students used the buses of the company contracted by the school, in some cases the trip was increased by 20 min or more and other times they had to make a change to get there. Most did not have time to get to night activities. This is because the schedules are designed for residence students. The school ends at 5, from 6 to 7 is dinner for those in residence and from 7 to 9 the night activities. Many students from home who sometimes finished at 5:30 had to travel 40 minutes, shower, have dinner, and another 40 minutes, so they barely made it to activities. As for the classes, the company assured us by email that it didn't matter if they weren't mixed in the families because they would be at school. Upon arrival we found that despite having a group of almost 40 Germans, our group of almost 27 Spaniards were assigned only 3 classes, so we found classes of, for example, 12 students where 9 are from our group, and so the others. We asked for the change, and although we must highlight the work of the class coordinator, who was always a great help, until the following week when the groups were recomposed, they were not mixed correctly. Therefore, after a 2-week stay, the first class was only taught by 2 or 3 foreigners and the rest were Spanish.
