    Rooms: Unser zugewiesenes Zimmer Nr. 22 befand sich im Untergeschoss des Hotels, in dem ein unangenehmer Geruch nach abgestandenem Frittieröl herrschte. Obwohl das Zimmer angeblich renoviert worden sein sollte, war die Zimmertür frisch gestrichen, was zu leichten Kopfschmerzen führte. Das Kopfteil des Bettes war beschädigt und die Wände wiesen teilweise abgedeckte Wasserschäden auf. Das Badezimmer war schmutzig und offensichtlich nicht renoviert worden. Zudem waren die Kissen ölig und der Teppich schmuddelig.

I have repeatedly tried to contact them since then using the form on their website *and* using both of the email addresses they provide on their website. Had questions about the hotel I needed answered as we made our trip plans and *never* heard back. At this point I have no faith that this will be a good place to stay and may cancel our 5 night stay with them soon.

    Had a nice time staying here; close to Paddington station, restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. The wifi didn’t work in my room, but at least the SIM card works well in the building. They offered me a spacious room in the first floor, which made it easy with my big luggage. Love the electric outlets, perfect for international travelers. Polite and friendly service.
