I was so looking forward to having my new europa sequio took me 6 months to find travelling around and decided this was the one for me europas top of the range she finally arrived April this year after a weeks delay and I was so excited but upon walking in for the first time i was disappointed the carpets nailed down at the rear of the van no underlay (said I should have ordered at the time ) but when your viewing a van with plastic covering all carpets how would you know not one mention of underlay) otherwise I’d have ordered it. The designs and quality of this van is exceptional in places but let down by the finishing touches i have spoken with sean today and he has been most helpful with my issues and has assured me that he will help me too sort all my issues 5stars to him for actually getting back to me within a day

I have now been in my van for almost a year. It is of the cheapest quality for an exorbitant price. The wooden slats underneath the seating in lounge is like firewood and has broken already. If this has happened in less than a year with only myself and an occasional friend staying here what will it be like in 5 years. My opinion. Cheap and tacky. Avoid at all costs. ( Will cost a lot).

I recently purchased a brand new Europa Cypress and was really excited as it is the first brand new caravan I have ever had. However, I am quite disappointed at the inferior fixtures and fittings used. Everything seems to have been done on the cheap. There is a distinct lack of electric sockets both in bedroom, but especially in kitchen and I am having to use extension leads which I find unacceptable and dangerous. When it rains, the water just runs off the guttering and saturates the grass underneath at one side and drips right into the path where I walk on the other. Also there is no outside light. On the positive side, in the 6 weeks I have had it, the snagging jobs have been done fairly quickly and it seems, efficiently, although I have not been there either time. It is a warm van that is one reason I bought a new one but in my opinion not worth the money I paid for it. Being on a park. I was fairly limited as to the make on new vans at the time but I would advise any body to shop around before deciding on this make of van
