Started off well coming every week to clean but they missed several weeks and only deducted £15 for this. We stopped using the loo as it was unsanitary, especially in the high temperatures we had. I Will never use this company again and completely don’t recommend anyone using there service.

First time using eurloo and it was dire service. The loo grew more and more disgusting as time went on and we did contact them several times to inquire on cleaning. When our client started to notice the smell we requested the loo be collected. The driver/cleaner admitted he had not cleaned the loo once in the past four weeks. Disgraceful service. We will not be using euroloo again and I suggest you don't either. We replaced the euroloo with a loo from fastloo as we have heard good things about them from other teams. Had the fastloo for the last six weeks and Dave appears with a smile every Monday to fully clean and service the loo, he even leaves us a scented air freshener. It would seem a nationwide company such as euroloo has a lot to learn from the small local company that is fastloo.

In one word : DISGUSTING! Stay away from that company if you can. Got cleaned once in 4 weeks, despite calling them several times weekly. Their main business is to provide clean toilets and they fail on it badly. Never again and unbelievably expensive for that too.
