Terrible company, don't reply to emails, on hold for ages to speak to a person, bad customer service and they charge £15 admin to cancel a test (even with a hospital letter saying not to travel).

Awful service. They sent the test kits late and also in wrong order. I've waited for 7 days now for my test result but haven't got it. The customer service is not answering to any phone calls or emails.

Awful service. I ordered a depart test on 20th of May to secure that I will have results by on flight on 31 May. I have received my test kit sample at home only on 30th of May. Their contact services is a disgrace. The chance to have a talk is extremely low and, once I had a talk, the call operator was really rude. I would never recommend this company
