How disappointing!!!! We rented a minibus to take our parents down to the south coast (two elderly disabled) Our trip was fantastic until our journey home. A puncture on the m25. Our mini bus step was broken , so we could not get our parents off safely. We called the company- they gave us a number for the AA - ok thumbs up! Here’s the problem, our AA man told us the tires were well worn. On returning -euro drive could not wait to charge us for the tire. Wow a company this big- money grabbers!!! My advice look elsewhere. If not be sure to check tires extensively before you leave. I just wonder if they ever pay for tires themselves or just pass it on to the customer. Manager - unhelpful!!!!

I hired a DACIA SANDERO Automatic With Sat Nav Air-conditioning & Parking Sensor camera to mention a few extras. I was really surprised how good this car was , we drove all the way to Cumbria and it took the terrain in its stride. Come rain or shine it was a great car & surprising comfortable and smart looking . People knock this Dacia brand but I had no complaints whatsoever. The hire charge so much better than Enterprise and Eurocar and I had great customer service from Alister @ the Oxford Branch. I particularly liked the fact that u could drop off at the locked return yard out of hours . I would highly recommend and definitely use again. Vij
