I would highly recommend Eurodamp. They did the initial survey before we bought the house and they were amazing through all the process. They did the damp proof course for the downstairs and they have treated all timbers in the loft . We've had a brilliant experience using Eurodamp for a few jobs on our 1930s semi detached: + New wall ties + Roof overhaul + Gutter replacement + Repair and replacement of rotting timber in the outside porch We're really happy with the quality of work and communications from Karl. A huge thanks to the team at Eurodamp for the recent work on our property. We found Eurodamp through a quick Google as our survey showed up signs of rising damp. We felt really lucky to have found them given that they also specialise in other building works and our property needed a full renovation. As first time buyers with no prior trade contracts Eurodamp were able to recommend us a number of trusted personal contacts for plumbing, kitchen fitting, electrics etc. all of which were excellent - I really don't know how we'd have managed everything without Eurodamp. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else considering any damp or renovation works - good quality work, trustworthy people and all at a fair price.

We have just had work completed by Eurodamp for both rising and penetrating damp in our new home. We are both first time buyers and totally new to these sorts of issues. I genuinely can't thank the team at Eurodamp enough, friendly, professional and always happy to answer our many questions. We also had them do a number of other bits for us (chimney breast alteration for a cooker installation, underfloor insulation, timber floor repair). The surveyor we had was genuinely one of the nicest people I've met, gave us so many recommendations and help, when we openly admit with us being new to this had no idea. Without the surveyor we would genuinely be lost and probably would have made a lot of mistakes. You can't put a price on that kind of help and support! The builders worked extremely quickly and were just really lovely people. If you are thinking of using Eurodamp, please don't hesitate.

We had Karl from Eurodamp come down to quote for sorting out a damp issue in our new property which also had woodworm infestation. We were given a clear quote and were booked in without having to wait too long (about a week or two). The lads working in the property Dan and Colin were both helpful and did a decent job and left the house pretty tidy after all the work. Well worthy of the 5 star review. Karl made a point of keeping in touch throughout the week the work was done, and came back to ensure the work was up to standard the day after the work was finished.

We asked Eurodamp to come out and assess a couple of damp areas in a cupboard and on the side of our fireplace. They came exactly when scheduled and gave a clear indication of the work needed, time it would take and cost there and then. We fixed a date by text. Daniel, the guy in the job, arrived early on the agreed date and completed the job quickly to a really high standard in less than the time scheduled. He was polite, pleasant and friendly and even worked around my three year old daughter and made a friend of the dog! He cleaned up and mopped surfaces before leaving and wore a mask throughout the job (done just before the second lock down in Nov 2020) Would highly recommend this firm. Professional, competitively priced and great service. Couldn't fault it. Thank you all at Euro damp.

Had a damp problem with the a small area of the concrete floor within our conservatory. The surveyor on his inspection was able to accurately diagnose the likely cause and provide an estimate for the work to rectify. Old Concrete was removed , new DPC laid and fresh concrete back to floor level. This work was carried out quickly and efficiently by the team and well supervised by the surveyor who saw the work through from start to finish. Work took less time than estimated so final bill was lower. I would definitely use them again.
