* Management have no respect for staff * Poor Communication * Say they pay travel but never do. (Lost out on 3 hours worth of wages due to travelling to one job) * Promise 5/6 crew members to foremen on site knowing they don't have the staff to deliver it, resulting in the foremen giving you a hard time for the incompetence of the office * Lack of numbers make the job harder * High turn over of staff * When the job cant be complete they blame you * Always looking for a scapegoat, its never the offices fault * Personal attacks on staff by certain management members * Company cares for profit over staff safety * Slag you off behind your back / Two faced / Gossip like you are back in the school playground * No job security, 0 Hour contract * All 5 star reviews thus far have been left by members of management In my whole working career I have never felt so depressed & low when working for an organisation, To the point I didn't not want to go to work. If you have any respect for yourself as a person i would 100% avoid at all costs. They have these poor reviews for a reason, Don't put yourself through unnecessary stress. MAXIMUM EFFORT ... minimum reward!

Very bad the cleaners are terrible they the longest on that was the has only been the for 4-5 months not good clean at all I was working the only had 7 days work over 2 week and they fired me coz I need to go to the job centre to clarify that I was working or I would of got done and the said they’ ll pay me at the end of the month and the paid me half of what I should of got paid there experience is so bad the office I completely horrible and they charge so much for what it is really worth dont not ever get them to clean for you and never work they are completely terrible and you’re seriously much better of going somewhere else thank you
