of the worst kind, people without quality, this business should be closed immediately. I don't understand how they can do business if they don't exchange money with anyone, they probably launder money behind the scenes and use this company as a shield. I went here twice to exchange money, I wanted to buy 3500 euros and another time 10,000 euros. each time I provided them with documents from the bank and everything they asked of me. they didn't change my money! with no reason. They asked me what I do with the money? why are you interested in this? why am I forced to tell you what I do with my money? you are thieves! even though I said what I do with the money. they asked me for more evidence. such a thing is inadmissible! Good people, stop keeping your money in banks and stop collaborating with such thieves, because they will launder your money. they use our money for other purposes and when you want it, you can only get it with 100 questions! it will be worse and worse! this is exactly money laundering with legal documents, hand in hand with the law.

Very uncooperative and unprofessional staff, they made me return to them 3 times and checked all the required documents and required them to be printed and made me waiting 2 hours and later on they said they can't change the currency I have , very disappointing

Ordered some currency for same day collection, spent 20 mins walking in to town on my break to collect it. Got there for 3.30pm and it was locked up, no note, no explanation, dialled branch... no answer. Rang head office to be told the 1 staff had gone home!!! Absolute terrible customer service and waste of my time. Now got to wait upto 5 days to get my money back when I travel tomorrow with no holiday money. Do not use this company as it is unreliable and unprofessional.

Today (23 March 2021) I went to eurochange to get some dollar bills at 11:45 and the lady on the counter who was on her personal phone when I enter in the shop probably on social media as she look bored, was very rude, unprofessional telling me this is not essential shopping. I think you should take in consideration that as I was about to buy 350 dollars but I left after being talking like that. You lost an customer today and forever.
