The biggest most massive shout out to Natalie Swaffield for putting up with my stupidity and being so thorough with my concerns! I had an issue with money ordered and collected with the Walsall branch and she was so thorough, attentive,understanding and just amazing! In the end it came down to a personal mistake made so I can only give the most heartfelt apology to her but also the biggest and most heartfelt thank you ever! This lady has the patience of the saint and customer service is her second nature as she was just beyond amazing! If Natalie is anything to go by as the representation for your company then what an amazing company you guys have!! Also a shout out to Connor who I spoke to a few times who was again just so lovely!! These two have made my experience with this company beyond incredible and I 10000000% will be back for all my travel money needs! I HUGELEY RECOMMEND!!!
