    I would not exchange money from Eurochange anymore. Very rude staff, poor attitude and customer service. When I showed the order number to the staff, she immediately said 'this does not mean anything to me.' I have exchanged money from other companies before, never experienced any problem. Make sure you use normal traditional bank card to purchase. They don't recognise any new banking company.
